AVPro Edge presents its first 4K60 modular matrix
Available in three configurations, the AC-MX1616-AUHD-HDBT matrix 18 Gbps incorporates 16 HDMI inputs, 16 HDBaseT outputs and 8 HDMI mirroring.
AVPro Edge has just presented its first modular matrix, la AC-MX1616-AUHD-HDBT. A 4K60 system (4:4:4) of 18 Gbps with 16 HDMI inputs, 16 HDBaseT outputs and 8 mirrored HDMI outputs.
Available in three configurations, this solution that distributes AVIT Vision allows you to choose the HDMI switching system that is really needed, without more or less features than those that will be used in the installation.
The AC-MX1616-AUHD-HDBT-AVDM option is a 16x16 preconfigured unit with lossless audio decoding; while the AC-MX1616-AUHD-HDBT is a 16x16 preconfigured unit with 2 basic audio channels. Finally, The AC-MX1616-AUHD-HDBT-Chassis allows the user to configure the inputs and outputs with the different compatible card options available.
The latter supports combining two types of input cards to create a custom matrix switcher. The difference between the two cards is the ability to decode and mix Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD, and other surround sound or basic audio formats 2 canales, on the analog outputs of the matrix.
Besides, when using input cards, the decreasing mix (down-mixing), only affects analog outputs and HDBT output ports, los 8 mirror HDMI ports (mirrored HDMI) pass audio without loss, allowing you to distribute Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD across them.
Each card provides 2 source inputs, with a maximum of 8 entry cards, which allows you to have up to 16 entries.
ADVM card can decode Dolby Atmos, DTS-HD, among other lossless audio formats, and output them as stereo on the analog and HDBT audio outputs of the matrix. This allows any source to be set to the highest possible audio level and the card will downmix the audio.
For your part, PCM can decode basic stereo audio from 2 channels from sources. Audio can be output from the matrix's analog outputs and HDBT outputs.. This is ideal for inputs such as camera NVRs, Control4 OSD, etc.
Each card has 2 zone outputs with a maximum of 8 cards to create 16 Departures. You can purchase as many outputs as needed at the time of purchase., or later.
Features:
- invisible compression – ICT is a technology developed by AVPro Edge to ensure 18Gbps distribution over standard category cable. That means that what it says is what you see on the screen..
- Supports all HDR – This matrix is compatible with all HDR formats, including HDR, HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, HLG, BBC and NHK. All of them are compatible up to 4K 60Hz and up to a color depth of 12 Bit.
- Extreme EDID Management – Incorporates 29 EDIDs, including HDR EDIDs. You can manage matrix input by selecting a preloaded EDID or read it instantly from any connected display and apply it to the desired input.
- Screen on the front panel – From here you can perform basic configuration, including EDID, Audio, Matrixing y Network.
- Web management – Full control of the array is available in the internal WebOS.
- Scaling resolution– Designed for those who need to install a mixed system with a combination of 4K and 1080p screens, incorporates scalers on each HDBaseT output.
- Audio down-mixing with AVDM input card – It is not necessary to set the source to 2 canales, no matter what type of audio you receive.
- Audio deembedding with AVDM input card – This allows 16 digital coaxial outputs with support for 6 LPCM channels, Dolby Digital, DTS. Extracted audio routing options include: bind to output, bind to input e independiente.
