Universcience reorganizes its digital signage network around the visitor experience
To respond to its requirements and obtain a reliable and easy-to-use platform, it has installed the Media4Display solution.. This is responsible for managing the close 50 distribution points that this institution has.
With more than three million visitors annually, Universcience It is one of the most popular cultural centers in Paris, after the Louvre, Versailles and the Pompidou Center. It is an institution that, since the year 2010, brings together two prestigious centers that promote science and technology: the City of Science and Industry (City of Sciences) and the Palace of Discovery (Discovery Palace).
To fulfill its objective of making current sciences known and promoting scientific and technical culture, The Universcience team decided to renew its signage system and look for a dynamic visualization solution, easy to use, that was multi-user and capable of interacting with the ticketing system.
After redesigning the organization of its digital signage network around the visitor experience, It was decided to implement Media4Display software from Telelogues, which is responsible for managing the close 50 distribution points that this institution has.
This tool works with the data flow of the ticket system to be able to manage this information in real time and show the visitor the availability of upcoming sessions..
Media4Display has allowed them to gain flexibility of use, providing fast programming, creation of specific operations, modifying and deleting tags and sequences… Besides, has given them greater technical reliability of the system, ability to combine different types of multimedia content; and has allowed their internal collaborators to adhere to the new solution.
