Calvin Klein has worked alongside Creative Realities LLC to implement a sales experience based on digital signage in the store you have in the Macy's shopping center located in Herald Square (New York), an installation that will be extended throughout the year to others 18 establishments that Macy's has in the country.

“The collaboration between Creative Realities (CR) and Calvin Klein highlights how digital marketing is at its best, both from a design and deployment point of view. The project that Calvin Klein told us had a high brand component that we had to make clear. The voice and essence of the firm had to be faithfully reflected", explains Paul Price, CEO of Creative Realities.

Calvin KleinKnown for its sophisticated and modern denim styles, CR has worked closely with the Calvin Klein team to find the fusion between the brand's efforts to establish its retail business and digital marketing technology., and in this way be able to integrate the most appropriate systems (including Internet-based media and mobile applications) in the aesthetics of the store.

Calvin Klein is employing the interactive touchscreen and sales support apps developed by Creative Realities to aid in customers' shopping experience.. Leveraging Virtual Sales Assistants, visitors to the iconic store located in Herald Square can explore the brand and learn more about Calvin Klein's wide range of denim items.. The key piece of all this implementation of digital signage is a touch screen of 75 inches of Samsung whose content and softaware interfaces have been custom created for this application.

Macys Herald SquareThe screens are strategically located and offer streaming content in high definition whose mission is to influence the purchase decision of customers. For its part, virtual assistants leverage artificial intelligence to locate sizes, color and style, as well as where the different products are located and, this is done by synchronizing the LED lighting that emphasizes the placement on the shelves.
