Telelogos releases the version 2.3 of your Meeting4Display room management and booking solution

The latest update allows you to manage resources and services through the program and incorporates a new feature for the search of available rooms and quick booking based on location.

The software of Telelogos Meeting4Display allows you to book a meeting room directly from the screen located at the entrance of the room or from the messaging system.

The latest version released on the market is the 2.3 that allows you to configure the resources available from the Meeting4Display web interface and assign a category to each of them: comfort (coffee, heating …), IT support (WiFi, videoconference …), general (cleaning, light …).

Easily, the user can report an incident or request a service using Meeting4Display's new conciergerie feature. The platform notifies the service by sending an email to the address assigned to the associated category (comfort, THEE, service …).

A new feature for available room search and quick booking has also been incorporated. This can be done based on location, as well as resources.

Users can book the room directly via the touch screen, either using the quick booking option with a predefined time interval (15/30/60 minutes) or customizing the date and duration of the meeting.

When combined with Media4Display digital signage software, Meeting4Display can transmit information/multimedia messages on all screens.

With meeting4Display widgets it is possible to create multimedia content to show the availability of the rooms and display it in real time on the screens located at the reception/exit desk to direct employees and visitors to the room.
