Telelogos launches the version 2.3 of your Meeting4Display room management and reservation solution

The latest update allows you to manage resources and services through the program and incorporates a new feature for searching for available rooms and quick booking based on location.

The software of Telelogues Meeting4Display allows you to reserve a meeting room directly from the screen located at the entrance of the room or from the messaging system.

The latest version released on the market is 2.3 that allows you to configure the available resources from the Meeting4Display web interface and assign a category to each of them: comfort (café, heating …), IT support (WiFi, video conference …), general (cleaning, luz …).

In a simple way, User can report an incident or request a service using Meeting4Display's new conciergerie feature. The platform notifies the service by sending an email to the address assigned to the associated category (comfort, OF, service …).

A new feature has also been incorporated for searching for available rooms and quick booking. This can be done based on location, as well as the resources.

Users can directly book the room through the touch screen, either using quick booking option with a predefined time slot (15/30/60 minutes) or customizing the date and duration of the meeting.

When combined with Media4Display digital signage software, Meeting4Display can broadcast information messages/multimedia content on all screens.

With Meeting4Display widgets it is possible to create multimedia content to show room availability and display it in real time on the screens located at the reception/check-out desk to direct employees and visitors to the room.
