The new Naso meeting room reservation and management system stars in the technological proposal of the Swedish specialist Evoko in his participation in WHEREAS 2020 (pavilion 12 – estand K70), designed so users can really focus on their meetings. The new Evoko Naso range has been created by brand development and design experts to respond to customer needs., with features like intuitive light cues to guide attendees to the right room, and the integration of a proximity sensor that displays relevant information once users approach the screen.

Evoko Naso offers the possibility of selecting three service packages: Rose, Pepper y Guava. The former adds an extra layer of functionality with automatic check-in when entering a meeting room and full catering options when reserving a room..
Rose also allows you to add maps to guide attendees to the meeting room or use the API for automation and integration.. Another much appreciated feature is the mobile application, making it easy to find a suitable meeting space and book it on the go.
Pepper package coordinates all available workspaces. If the organization uses an office hot desking(the same workspace is used by different people at different times), Evoko Naso can help locate and reserve work spaces from the same mobile phone.
It also offers the possibility of physically meeting other people in the organization. Collected usage data provides insights to improve workspace usage.
For your part, The Guava package has been created in order to provide a personalized welcome to visitors and relevant information about the planned meeting. The meeting organizer receives a notification when the guest arrives and can prepare to start the meeting more quickly.
