Biamp TEC-X: new range of touch control panels for conference rooms
These devices, that the manufacturer has just presented at ISE 2020, combine ease of use with programming simplicity at the price of a keyboard controller.
The manufacturer Biamp has expanded its portfolio of conferencing and sound reinforcement solutions with TEC-X, a family of easy-to-use, elegantly designed wall and tabletop controllers, that allow users to control audiovisual equipment in presentation spaces and conference rooms using the Tesira platform.
This new range is made up of two models: TEC-X 1000 y TEC-X 2000, just as the brand has presented during its participation in WHEREAS 2020, a week ago in Amsterdam.
The first combines a rotary knob, Designed to be instantly recognized by end users as a volume control, but can be programmed for any purpose, and a small touch screen control, which can be programmed to display a wide variety of button layouts.

The TEC-X range of Biamp, brand distributed by AVIT Vision in Spain and Portugal, supports 802.1X authentication and features an ambient light sensor for energy efficiency, as well as a programmable light bar that can be used to indicate room or device status, as desired.
