SNA Displays designs a spectacular Led screen for the rooftop of Times Square

This large format solution, designed with a model from the Empire outdoor line, presents a pixel pitch of 8 mm and a resolution of 2,460×3.200 pixels.

SNA Displays has manufactured a spectacular LED for the digital signage solution that has been installed on the rooftop of Times Square, in the corner of the 8 Avenue y West 42 Street and Midtown (Manhattan New York), across the Eleven Times Square intersection.

With a pixel pitch of 8 mm, the display from SNA Displays' Empire outdoor Led product line, It has a resolution of 2,460×3.200 pixels for a total of 7.872.000 pixels and a surface of 1.653 square meters.

To operate the screen, The Aquilon C processor from the LivePremier series of Analog Way.

To carry out the project and install this LED digital signage solution, SNA Displays teams worked with the company Big Outdoor and the New York City Department of Buildings (New York City Department of Buildings), as well as with North Shore Neon to proceed with its installation.

The new digital billboard, which is located on top of the Duane Reade Pharmacy in 661 8thAvenue, has a step of 8,0 mm of pixels and a screen of 2.460 pixels high and 3.200 pixels wide. SNA Displays worked with North Shore Neon for the installation.
