Epos introduces the Expand speaker line 80 for conferences in large meeting rooms

This solution allows to collect the voice of up to sixteen participants and has six adaptive microphones, able to intelligently isolate voice from room reverberation and ambient noise.

The brand Epos | Sennheiser Communications has presented Expand 80, a line of speakers specially developed to conduct conferences in medium to large meeting rooms, with the aim of offering an audio experience premium with high technological quality, available in the Spanish market through magnetron.

Changes in workspaces, such as the increase in open spaces and now with physical distance, have created a strong demand for meeting rooms of all sizes where professionals can meet without interruptions, to which Expand provides a solution 80.

As a pioneer within the brand's product range (more details of the new company at Digital AV), the Expand series 80 consists of a scalable bluetooth speaker that allows the participation of up to sixteen participants, designed to bring colleagues together both inside and outside the meeting room.

To do this, thanks to six adaptive digital processing microphones that intelligently isolate voice from room reverberation and ambient noise, guarantees the perfect listening of all the participants who are in the room, while professionals who are out of the office may feel equally integrated into the meeting.

With a powerful ultra-low distortion speaker integrated into a suspended speaker box (in patent process), Expand 80 is able to fill the room with optimal sound, with superior duplex performance that enables simultaneous speech and, therefore, a natural conversation between participants.

For meetings up to 32 Participants, it is possible to add up to two systems to adapt to the demands of the business, keeping the conference table virtually clear, with an elegant and professional appearance, thanks to intelligent cable management.

The Expand Series 80 has been updated to provide higher audio performance, as professionals can easily connect via bluetooth, USB-C or NFC. To this is added multipoint connectivity, a simple and intuitive user interface with one-touch access to a voice assistant, thus accessing more dynamic conferences.

Depending on the needs and preferences of the user, this solution is available in two versions: Expand 80, optimized for UC, and Expand 80T, that is in the process of certification for Microsoft Teams.
