Modern sound and light equipment has been installed on the stage of the Finnish church Fila, as well as a large screen 230 inches and a Panasonic PT-MZ16KL laser projector.

To achieve this objective, an AV solution was sought for the setting of this worship center.. “Fila wanted help finding the solution that offered the best value for money and could meet three basic requirements: large image size, High resolution and ability to reject high levels of stage light during concerts and events. The ALR specialist began by measuring light levels in the church: 60 lux on the screen and 300 lux on the floor in front of the stage. Based on these light levels, were able to calculate the screen contrast and projector brightness needed for the environment in which it was to be installed.

The simulation indicated that based on the screen specifications, dnp Supernova offered the contrast and black levels that were needed.

The installer used the dnp Image Quality Calculator to determine the required projector brightness and image contrast.
