Developer and manufacturer of high performance fluorocarbon polymers, W.L. Gore has reinvented the experience of the tour it provides for members, clients and visitors to your Skills Center (W.L. Gore’s Capabilities Center), located in Newark (Delaware - EE.UU.), with exhibits to show off your technology, products and corporate culture.

One of his latest projects has been the installation in the lobby of this exhibition center The powers of ten, which shows original videos inspired by the short documentaries by Charles and Ray Eames with the same name.

The company has turned to the integrator Diversified, who was in charge of the design, development, manufacturing and deployment of technology to carry out this immersive exhibition. Besides, has had the agency Bluecadet, specialized in experience design, to generate personalized content in UHD resolution that is displayed on the screen.

Specifically, The system is configured with thirteen signature screens Planar, in mosaic design with square systems of 22 inches and 55” diagonals in landscape and portrait orientation, arranged on a wall in the form of a lattice, with spaces between the screens.

Diversified turned to Analog Way's Picturall Pro media server to render an 8K canvas and 6,5 million pixels, including dead spaces, that was solid and reliable. This custom montage of screens has been created by Advanced Mounting Design.

“The different sizes and orientations of the screens stretching along the wall posed a challenge, just like the large media canvas that reproduction required - explains Seth Teates, regional sales manager Analog Way-. Un solo Picturall Pro, designed and built to operate in critical environments uninterrupted (24/7), "It's powerful enough for this job.".

From the perspective of the end customer, Perry Freifeld, center diversification director, remember how the election was. “We were looking for a solution that could treat the exhibition as a single video canvas, with content mapped across thirteen screens at very high resolution. After seeing some solutions, Picturall Pro had the right capabilities and price. “The Analog Way and Bluecadet team configured a solution whose reliability and high performance met all the project requirements.”.

The Picturall Commander control software on the Picturall Pro server made it easy to position content in the exhibition. “Our graphical control interface - points out Teates- “It offered that the content was displayed precisely on the screens to match the physical construction of the wall”.

Diversified has a managed services agreement with W.L. Gore, who manages the space and exhibition, for this project “although the ‘install and forget’ nature of Picturall Pro means that everything works perfectly every day of the week”, concludes Freifeld.
