The new Sharp NEC Display Solutions begins its operations in the AV and collaboration market

Sharp Corporation y NEC Corporation have completed the previously announced transaction to form a joint venture in the audiovisual and collaboration environment, in which the first acquired the 66% of NEC Display Solutions shares (NDS), an audiovisual subsidiary of the Japanese company.
After this process, NDS has changed its company name to Sharp NEC Display Solutions (SNDS) and has commenced commercial operations as a subsidiary of Sharp since 1 November 2020.
The newly formed SNDS will continue its focus on the professional display business, producing and developing a wide range of display solutions for a variety of markets and applications.
