Taking into account user comments, in your version 1.9, Allen & Heath has multiplied the possibilities of its dLive mixing system.

Allen & Heath dLive V1.9 This is the largest firmware update to date for this mixing system.. It has been conceived taking into account the comments and suggestions of engineers around the world, dedicated to live sound, recording, streaming and installation.

“With more than 45 features requested by users and numerous improvements, dLive 1.9 “It is our most important update to date,” he explains. Jack Kenyon, product specialist at Allen & Heath. “We have customers who use it in any application imaginable and this update provides something very useful for each of them. With a host of new sonic tools and an accelerated workflow, dLive raises the bar again for other console manufacturers”.

New features include powerful sonogram and RTA tools, DEEP compressor and expander models, a PEQ option of 12 bands for mixing and integration for wireless systems Sennheiser.
Extensive overhaul of dLive's RTA engine offers new options for sound analysis.

Two RTAs are now available, with double surface applications, capable of using independent RTAs. Visualization is no longer limited to a bar display. 31 bands; New online visualization and sonogram available, the latter with the ability to show the differences between RTAs for system adjustment. Fundamentally, bar and line visualizations can be shown below the PEQ curve, allowing engineers to make quick equalization decisions.

To provide the engineer with a complete picture, new RTA tools can always be visible, either on a specific screen, on PEQ screen and widget, on a specific RTA widget or on an external monitor.

dLive's arsenal of zero-latency DEEP processing tools is greatly enhanced in V1.9 with multiple additions. Two expanders provide increased gain before acoustic feedback is reached and improve audio separation in live applications.

Source Expander offers faster, simpler control to enable 'set it and forget it' management, while Dual Threshold Expander is available for complex environments where a much more specialized adjustment is required.

Bus, a new compressor, is based on a legendary hardware unit known for its ability to compact mixtures, and the OptTronik compressor has been expanded to include a new model that provides an alternative character to classic compression.
