The Manchester Museum of Science and Industry (Science and Industry MuseumMOSI) has focused on industrial innovation since 1969 of this english city. At the heart of this remodeling is the so-called Revolution Manchester Gallery, which has become the iconic entrance to the museum and the introduction to everything it offers as a whole, designed by Kin Design, and in which visitors can register and add their photo to the so-called Sculpture of the Revolution, composed of screens and lights that weaves through the atrium, three stories high, showing portraits of famous Manchester pioneers.

Precisely in this gallery is now located a gran mural Led, that replaces another plasma visual system 52 screens for ten years, to create a revitalized backdrop upon reopening to exhibitions and events.

With an extension of 12 meters and pixel pitch of 1,5 mm, this large Led wall Samsung, installed by Pure OFF, can function as a full canvas or display content divided into three sections, with additional design flexibility thanks to system integration Userful.

Stephen Hoyle, gallery maintenance manager at MOSI, explains that “this Led wall is a declaration of the museum's ambition, especially as we relocate after the pandemic. It has not been a case of reopening as we were, but we have become bigger, bolder and better”.

The result of this project is that the museum now has a multimedia Led wall, striking and flexible, capable of adapting to the wide demands of this space.

Besides, has also been renewed audio system, with the installation of new speakers JBL and microphones that have significantly improved the listening experience for event and conference attendees.

Museum staff have a variety of audio options to suit the requirements of each event, with a capacity of up to three hundred people, without the need to incorporate additional audiovisual equipment.

A new camera BirdDog 4KPTZ and a production controller also expand the production capacity of the system, opening up new potential for event recording and streaming, including hybrids.
