With more than eighty years of history, the Maritime Museum (Museu Marítim – MMB) de Barcelona is an institution dedicated exclusively to conserving, study and disseminate maritime culture and, concretely, the maritime heritage of the Royal Shipyards, at the foot of the Montjuïc mountain.

recently, those responsible for the MMB set themselves the objective of modernizing the center with digital systems and thus enhance the influx of visitors and turned to the specialist LED&go to design and install a screen in the main hall that would not only serve as a welcome link, but to display content, images and videos of the maritime environment of great impact.

specifically, a Led screen of 3.84 has been installed×2,3 metre, located at 3 meters from the ground and in the middle of one of the representative architectural arches of the building, since it is oriented to the reception space of the museum and, At the same time, is visible from the outside to capture the attention of a larger audience.

This indoor Led screen, with 960 resolution×576 Pixels, high brightness and pixel pich of 4 Mm, has a cantilevered structure custom built for its location, while facilitating rear maintenance thanks to a walkway located just behind the screen.
