The Avixa Congress 2022 will connect AV industry and IT professionals
Registration is now open to attend the new edition of the Avixa Congress, which will be celebrated from 26 al 29 April virtually and will be focused on the growing relationship between professionals and solutions in the IT and AV world.
With the aim of building bridges between the AV and IT industry, Avixa (the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association) has presented a new edition of its Congress, a virtual event that is aimed at Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking Ibero-American professionals.
It will take place from 26 al 29 April, It will be carried out under the motto “IT+AV Optimizing solutions and results” and will offer lectures, discussion tables and workshops in which the conversation will open about the importance of joint work between professionals in the audiovisual world and IT, the current challenges, the obstacles to overcome, business opportunities and the possibility of offering new experiences and solutions that meet user needs.
“Audiovisual systems and information technologies coexist in almost any solution we can imagine.”. And this has forced professionals in the audiovisual world to update themselves on IT issues., while their colleagues have had to learn about audiovisual solutions as they fall under their responsibility and decision”, explains Rodrigo Casassus Coke, CTS, Senior Director of Development for Latin America and the Caribbean at Avixa. “Bringing these two worlds closer is increasingly necessary.”, That is why we decided to focus the next congress on the relationship between professionals and companies in the IT and audiovisual sectors.”.
The participants at Avixa Congress 2022: IT + AV Optimizing solutions and results will have access to a program with more than 20 sessions taught by industry experts, in which different angles of the relationship between the audiovisual world and IT will be addressed.
The agenda also includes conferences on unified communications, conference and collaboration, cybersecurity, AVoIP and the presentation of case studies, such as that of the hybrid model of higher education at the University of Chile.
Expert sessions
The opening conference of the congress will be given by Gary Hall, CTS-D, CTS-I, senior director U.S. Public Sector Strategy, Operations & Market Access a Cisco Systems, who will start the conversation with a keynote that has the same title as the congress.
The event will include a special program from Executive Members Forum, a space that will promote the meeting between leaders of the AV and IT sector in Latin America.
Martin Saul, CEO of ICAP Global and vice president of the Board of Directors of Avixa will be in charge of starting the forum with a special presentation. Besides, The evolution of ICT consumer behavior will be analyzed and the discussion on the definition of AV and IT strategies will be opened..
The congress will launch a new virtual platform in which participants will have greater visibility and interaction tools. In addition to access to live streaming of conferences and panel discussions, The platform will offer recordings of all sessions in an on-demand scheme that will be available for 30 days after the end of the event.
Avixa Xchange It is a new virtual space in which, in the style of a professional social network, you will find exclusive content, business opportunities and liaison with professionals from around the world.
All people participating in, at least, three complete live talks will receive digital recognition generated by the company Acreditta, specialist in digital badge solutions for skills recognition and education accreditation.
