Four Points by Sheraton uses Cayin digital signage to enhance guest experience
The CMS-SE and CMS-PRO software tools and the SMP-2300 player Cayin have been incorporated into the digital signage infrastructure of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel to inform and reinforce the brand image.
Four Points by Sheraton is a modern hotel located in the heart of Desaru city (Malaysia) and is part of the portfolio of establishments Marriott Bonvoy. With his 311 rooms offer a peaceful retreat for travelers visiting the city for business or pleasure.
This hotel, which opened its doors last year, was looking for a digital signage solution that would respond to three objectives: elevate guest experience with compelling visualization, provide them access to relevant information and create brand consistency.
To respond to these requirements, Cayin digital signage was chosen.. Concretely, has been installed CMS-SE, and CMS-PRO and ten SMP-2300 around areas of large influx of public, like the entrances to the premises, and common areas, like the hotel lobby.
Digital signage in the hotel lobby and public areas includes welcome messages, promotional slides with the latest offers and attractive corporate videos that serve to improve brand awareness. Hotel guests receive a consistent brand experience upon entering the hotel and throughout their stay
Digital signage installed at venue entrances displays event information to keep hotel guests informed.
Access to event details, from wall to wall, makes it easy for hotel guests to plan their stay. Besides, Digital signage calendar-based scheduling features enable hotel management team to disseminate accurate content in real time.
The management team can remotely monitor and control the players, logs and detailed information through CMS-PRO server.
CMS-SE y CMS-PRO, installed in the CMS-60, work as content management server software. The first updates the content on the ten SMP-2300 digital signage players simultaneously throughout the hotel.
The CMS-PRO synchronizes settings on multiple SMP players at once and monitors current screenshots of the players, which makes management an intuitive process for the hotel.
Cayin partnered with Hello Media as a solution provider in this project, who carried out the planning, design, installation, testing and commissioning, as well as training and maintenance and support.
