Visual Art in Bitastad

In the 72 chain restaurants Big Bite a digital signage solution has been installed implemented by Visual Art that seeks to update menu board systems and digital displays.

Visual Art has signed an agreement with Norwegian Bitastad, owner and operator of five major restaurant chains in Norway, to update the system menu board and other visualization solutions. The first to renew its infrastructure of digital signage has been Big Bite with its 72 restaurants.

The agreement includes both hardware and software and content production. With digital signage software Signage Player of Visual Art all content can be controlled and maintained centrally.

The first establishments that have begun to update the existing screens within Big Bite, which have a total of around 300 digital communication channels.

"These are some of the most innovative and dynamic restaurant chains in Norway and it is clear that they have understood the advantages of digital displays for both themselves and the customer experience., Says Pontus Meijer, Visual Art Chief Revenue Officer.

In total, there are more than 150 restaurants within the network and the objective is to expand the solution to the rest of the chains with a similar solution.
