Dassault Systèmes has acquired the company that develops assembly assistance and quality control software solutions for manufacturing and operations, Diota.

The operation will expand the platform 3DExperience from Dassault Systèmes with actionable virtual twin experiences for factory floors. Besides, will allow customers in the aerospace and defense sectors, industrial equipment and transportation and mobility optimize process performance and increase operational efficiency.

Founded in 2009 in France, Diota offers software solutions assisted by digital technology and robotic inspection that help industrial companies enter a new era of digital transformation.
