AirxTouch, iNUI and Samsung in Arendt

Samsung e iNUI Studio have installed contactless interactive terminals in the coffee corners of this Luxembourg law firm AirxTouch Kiosk.

After its implementation in the public transport sectors, the airports, tourism and fast food, contactless interactive kiosks AirxTouch, developed by Samsung e iNUI Studio, have entered the business world. The law firm Arendt has installed 29 of these teams at its headquarters in Luxembourg, in order to offer an innovative communication channel, interactive and easy to use for its thousand employees.

Specifically, 29 screens of 55 inches of the serie QMB from Samsung, offering intelligent UHD upscaling and rich colors with Dynamic Crystal Colour have been implemented in the different coffee corners of the two Arendt buildings, allowing teams to interact with different information modules.

These devices combine Samsung digital signage with Air Touch optical sensors. “Samsung professional displays have been an essential part of creating this stable and secure environment that performs at the highest level.””, states Kristof Willems, Head of Product Management at Samsung Benelux.

The interactive content delivered to the kiosks is managed directly by Arendt's marketing and communications team using WILL, a software platform Azure in the cloud, also designed and developed by iNUI Studio. All types of information can be displayed: internal company news, real-time traffic status, the company events calendar, the company restaurant menu, content available for download, etc.

Interactivity and ease of use are, therefore, the keywords of these new terminals, which also reinforce social cohesion within the company. Employees can share their opinions by responding to surveys, browse photos of events or even take advantage of your coffee break to play on the screen with a partner.

“After an adaptation phase, We have noticed great enthusiasm on the part of our staff to use this new communication tool. Usage statistics are very encouraging and this new format allows us to communicate more creatively on a wide variety of topics.”, declared Marie-Adélaïde Leclercq- Olhagaray, Director of Marketing and Communication at Arendt.

This no-code solution allows Arendt's marketing team to stay focused on their communication strategy, without having to think about the technical aspects.

“The systems have been manufactured in an exclusive 'frosted white' accent color’ and have been fixed to the wall, which has led to a very careful assembly. Providing corporate industry clients with their Coffee Corners and reception areas is part of our business development strategy., in Europe and North America”, comment Olivier Raulot, founder and CEO of iNUI Studio.

The AirxTouch Interactive Kiosk, in combination with the iNUI software platform, allows organizations to help their employees feel heard, improve efficiency and provide an entertaining experience.

After debuting throughout Europe for public transport, airports and tourism; and in Canada for the restaurant sector, AirxTouch kiosks have been implemented on a large scale in Denmark.

Based on image processing algorithms, Patented Air Touch technology offers optimal interaction to 4 cm of the screen and an intuitive user experience. Allowing click interactions, double click, drag and drop, slide and zoom, with a precision of 3 mm.
