Prolights enhances the Privilege Club with spectacular lighting

The luminaires were supplied by Pro Lab, distributor of Prolights in the United Arab Emirates, and included the ArenaCob 4FC and Air 5Fan solutions.

Prolights has modernized the lighting system of the Privilege Club in Dubai, one of the most spectacular nightclubs in the UAE, located on the top floor of the SLS hotel, in the Business Bay area. The club has hosted high-level artists such as Will.I.Am and Akon, and has received recognition from Guinness World Records for having the highest outdoor pool in the world.

In collaboration with Em-Tec and lighting designer Alex Douglas, The Privilege Club decided to improve its lighting system to offer visitors a captivating visual experience in keeping with the place. The luminaires were supplied by Peo Lab, Prolights distributor in the United Arab Emirates, and included the solutions ArenaCob 4FC y Water 5Fan.

With this update, lighting designer Alex Douglas was able to create an immersive design that enhances the atmosphere of the club, offering a wide range of visual effects.

Strategically placing ArenaCob 4FC luminaires around the video wall to mimic the colors shown on the screens, Douglas achieved dynamic and immersive visual effects.

Douglas further explained his choice to use Prolights ArenaCob 4FC and Air 5Fan projectors., stating: “The Air 5Fan caught my eye for its sleek, clean construction and visually appealing lenses that provide a pleasure to the eye.. They offer a wide diffusion of light thanks to their five independent moving heads, which can be adjusted from 0° to 28°, allowing for versatile lighting effects. Both the Air 5Fan and ArenaCob 4FC feature useful macros that allow you to quickly program pixel looks., saving valuable time during setup”.
