Robe Lighting acquires lighting control company Avolites

The Czech manufacturer of show lighting systems Robe Lighting adds control solutions for this sector of the British company to its business proposal Avolites, after reaching an agreement for its acquisition.

Avolites has always been at the top of the lighting control with products that complement our lighting fixtures; this will add a significant value to sales carried out through the global distribution networks of both companies”.

The acquisition of the Avolites business, which will maintain its headquarters in the United Kingdom and continue under the current management team, is a part of strategic growth plan from Robe lighting business.
