Panasonic presents its most sustainable LCD projector, the MZ882

Panasonic Connect Europe presented in the last edition of WHEREAS 2024 he more sustainable projector manufactured so far, the series LCD MZ882. With a brightness of up to 8.200 lumens, sets a new benchmark for visual quality in the educational and corporate sector, while focusing on sustainability and profitability.
This range represents a decisive step in the company's commitment to reducing the carbon footprint of its products., since for the first time it includes recycled resins (10%) in the main projector unit and features recyclable components throughout its surface. The series' sophisticated optical engine increases luminosity over the current MZ880 series with a magnification of up to 8,7% in the efficiency lm/W. The MZ882 series also features an intelligent auto power-on function., which starts projection upon signal detection and minimizes continuous projector operation during presentations. To limit waste, The ECO filter can be washed and reused twice, while maintenance of the light source and filter is recommended for 20.000 hours.
Comfortable vision, bright and sharp
With optimally balanced color and brightness, The MZ882 series produces sharp, detailed images in well-lit spaces for clear visibility and more pleasing to the eye. Image realism and energy efficiency are enhanced by dynamic contrast, which provides a high contrast ratio of 3.000.000:1 with modulation control of the light source depending on the scene.
Detail Clarity Processor 4 analyzes the video signal through each scene to improve the feeling of sharpness. Daylight View Basic measures ambient lighting and makes corrections in real time to improve brightness perception and optimize energy consumption. For multi-screen applications, the projector supports the functions Shutter Sync y Contrast Sync and is compatible with software Geometry Manager Pro de Panasonic.
Silent operation 27 dB reduces distractions and keeps participants attentive to the presentation. It supports widescreen format 21:9 to accommodate immersive video conferencing designs or to present and share documents simultaneously.
A new projector position detection feature minimizes installation time and reduces personnel involved in the installation process, contributing to a more streamlined workflow with fewer resources. A choice of six optional optics, including the ELU20 ultra-short distance zoom lens, supports a wide motorized movement of the optics to adapt the projection perfectly in any situation.
