Lightware helps create spectacular videomapping on the banks of the Danube
To carry out this project, we used 54 projectors 35.000 lumens and four 50.000 lumens of Panasonic, as well as 700 moving lights, more than a thousand speakers, videowalls Unilumin Upad III and matrix switchers Lightware.
Central and Eastern Europe's audiovisual rental and events provider, Visual Europe Group chose the Lightware technology to represent the history of Hungary in a video mapping projected on the buildings of Budapest.
For its realization, it used Lightware's fiber optic extension and AV signal matrix switching solutions to create a video mapping spectacle of 30 minutes on the banks of the Danube.

Various emblematic places, including the Hungarian Parliament buildings, the National Gallery, Buda Castle and Gellért Hill, become an epic canvas for a nighttime projection that reflects the nation's history and culture.
The Hungarian audiovisual production and integration company Visual Europe Group has provided the production, installation and representation of the country's birthday videomapping show for three years. For last year's celebration, they installed 20 outdoor stages throughout the capital, including the main attraction area on the banks of the Danube.
Visual Europe Group developed a project to deploy 54 projectors 35.000 lumens and 4 of 50.000 Panasonic lumens, as well as 700 units of moving lights and sound systems with more than a thousand speakers and VideoWalls Unlumini Upad III which cover approximately 200 square meters throughout the city.
For this audiovisual narrative project, Visual Europe Group used Lightware technology to route and deliver the AV signal over a distance of 4,8 km and on the other side of the river 400 metros. In particular, two were implemented MX2-48 matrix switchers×48 (one plus one as backup) providing 4K60Hz signal management 4:4:4 via HDMI 2.0 and features Display Port connections 1.2; and another MX-17x17DVI Pro with CPU2 board and 20 Lightware DVI extender pairs. The infrastructure also had a pair of HDMI extension 2.0 220Pro Series Fiber Optic Cable Supporting EDID Management HDMI-OPTC-220-Pro.
The Budapest monumental projection entered the list of the best world videomapping events, fruit of creativity and cooperation between Visual Europe Group and technology providers.
