Sony envisions Stella McCartney's show at Paris Fashion Week
The Bravia Professional BZ40L and BZ30L displays from Sony have been chosen for the fashion designer's show Stella McCartney, both for its image quality and for its reduced environmental impact.
As part of its commitment to sustainability, Sony Professional has supported the designer with its visual technology Stella McCartney in the staging of his parade for the Paris Fashion Week 2024, celebrated a few days ago, with the transfer of 43 Bravia professional screens from its BZ40L and BZ30L range.
The challenge was to offer clear images, bright and high quality that fit the staging of the designer and her brand, in a very bright and demanding catwalk environment, since it was a greenhouse.
The Bravia BZ40L series was the ideal solution, as it incorporates the latest display technologies from the manufacturer to deliver the highest quality image performance and innovative panel treatment.
Specifically, The Bravia BZ40L series screens incorporate the Deep Black Non-Glare technology (DBNG) to deliver optimal image quality while mitigating reflections, even in the most difficult lighting conditions, as in this case it was a greenhouse. This guarantees some rich black levels and some bright and vibrant images, even from the widest viewing angle.
Designer Stella McCartney also wanted mix screen sizes, big and small, to increase the impact. The BZ30L series is available in 32”, with 4K resolution, anti-reflective treatment 25%, and a color combination, contrast, Exceptional clarity and movement in a sustainable system, an essential point for this association.
“We always look for more responsible innovations and technologies in everything we do,” explains the Stella McCartney team.. Sony's vision on sustainability is aligned with ours, which represents a natural collaboration in our winter 2024 fashion show.”.
As a progressive luxury brand, Stella McCartney strives to create products with the lowest possible environmental impact, while taking responsibility for the resources used and the consequences for people, animals and the planet.
“The fight against biodiversity degradation and climate change requires that the entire fashion industry work to achieve transformations that impact our ecosystem in general.”, point from the brand.
