Europalco consolidates its presence in the events sector with three acquisitions

The Portuguese service provider Europalco expands its geographical coverage and market presence with the acquisition of Portuguese companies Rise, New Audiovisuals y AV Tech.

The provider of solutions for shows from southern Europe, Europalco, has invested in three Portuguese companies: Rise, New Audiovisuais y AV Tech, expanding its geographical coverage and strengthening its position in the market.

Pedro Magalhães, CEO of Europalco, underlines the importance of these alliances. “Our partnership with Rise, New Audiovisuais and AV Tech allow us to improve our service offering and geographic presence, ensuring we continue to meet the changing needs of our customers with excellence and innovation”.

Founded in 2012 by professionals with experience in the sector audiovisual, Rise became a reference option for companies seeking innovation in their events. With offices in the Algarve and Lisbon, and expanding operations throughout Europe, including Spain and Italy, offers tailored projection solutions, sound, lightning, video, IT y networks, scenarios and scenery.

With a team that has 15 years of experience in the sector, stands out in projects of all scales, from small assemblies to large scale installations.
