The main challenge in building the welcome center was designing the multifunctional audiovisual environment to respond to both the diverse needs of visitors as well as the high design and quality requirements. To ensure a uniform technological landscape throughout the project, VKT trusted Sharp/NEC display solutions. For audio solutions, chose to collaborate with prodyTel Distribution, a multimedia technology distributor that is currently being integrated into Kern & Stelly media technology.

The implementation was based on detailed point-by-point planning of all workflows. This involved taking into account all eventualities and using feedback loops to achieve an ideal solution that met strict quality requirements., functionality and budget.

In the entrance area of ​​the welcome center, a NEC MultiSync V984Q large format display to serve as first point of contact, Designed for continuous operation in demanding applications.
