Obsidian Control Systems Netron IP66

At the London competition, Obsidian Control Systems will show an RDM divider of 6 ports (RDM6 IP), an EtherDMX node of 6 ports (EN6 IP) and a managed POE network switch 8 ports (NS8 IP), all IP66 rated and now available.

The team of Obsidian Control Systems will attend Place 2024, of the 1 al 3 September at the convention center Olympia from London (estand C26), with new devices from its data distribution range Neutron, including the world's first line of data signal products with IP66 rating for entertainment.

Despite the vast amount of IP-rated entertainment technology on the market, Lighting professionals have lacked IP-rated data distribution devices to provide the necessary infrastructure.

As already mentioned Digital AV, Obsidian has developed in this sense an RDM splitter of 6 ports (RDM6 IP), an EtherDMX node of 6 ports (EN6 IP) and a managed POE network switch 8 ports (NS8 IP), all IP66 rated and ready to ship, that visitors will be able to see at the event.

This IP66 range from Obsidian, company of Elation, combines proven chassis and luminaire connector technology Proteus IP65 from the latter manufacturer, with the Netron data platform, which uses a custom designed die-cast body, impact resistant paint, IP ports and touch controls for reliable data distribution.

Obsidian will also showcase a complete line of Netron products optimized for integrators of systems and fixed installations. The range comprises twelve new devices and includes network switches, nodos EtherDMX, DMX power relays, RDM splitters, etc.

Visitors to the Obsidian booth in Plasa will also be able to make demonstrations of the manufacturer's hardware and PC systems, including the compact and powerful integrated lighting controller NX2.
