Anolis in Castillo ZerotinHe castillo de Žerotín in the Czech Republic has renewed its style and appearance with the new installation made with Led luminaires from Anoles (company Robe) Columma M y L.

The initiative to illuminate this building, which houses a museum and gallery center covering the entire Zlín region, fue realized por el Ayuntamiento de Valašské Meziříčí, in collaboration with lighting design studio Archlights de Usti nad Labem, who contributed their experience and selected Calumma as the best quality and most sustainable light sources for work.

The architectural lighting studio has used Anolis products in other projects, so they turned to the brand again in search of a lighting solution that would provide elegance and quality.. The brief included the creation of very specific colors to match the brick and general ambiance of the baroque-style castle located in the heart of a bustling city..

In total, Thirty-three Calumma RGBA luminaires have been used to illuminate the arches and the façade.

The clients specifically wanted a lighting installation that could change color, in addition to producing the very specific colors of the characteristic style. This allows the building to be illuminated for special occasions such as Christmas, Easter and other national holidays and celebrations.
Anolis products are known for their mix of colors and other features, y Calumma, with its light source motor Led multichip, was ideal for this installation.

The three-walled façade of the castle is illuminated by eleven luminaires: five Calumma Ls with lenses 15 degrees and a Calumma M with a lens of 10 degrees. These lights are arranged in two sets, mounted on special brackets fixed to walls, located to the left and right of the building on structural wall projections, with a 'crossover' approach. Each group of lights illuminates the opposite surface, bathing her in a beautiful light, uniform and balanced.

The quality of the optics and the homogeneity of the source was another reason to choose Anolis, explains the Anolis product specialist, Martin Locksmith.

Six of the columns of the façade are illuminated with six Calumma Ms with optics 15 degrees to get that pencil shaped beam, one luminaire per column, mounted right on top, focused down, providing definition and depth to the general lighting image.

The arches of the ground floor arcade are illuminated with Calumma Ms equipped with lenses of 30 degrees, discreetly mounted on special brackets on the sides, with two luminaires mounted one after the other and hidden behind each column.

The wiring has a wireless part. The first device receives a wireless DMX signal through its transmitter. Lumen Radio incorporated from the driver Nicolaudie, and the connection is made through cables from there to the rest of the devices. Wireless receiver is a standard option with Calumma.

The Nicolaudie sends all signals to a DIN rail device hidden in the castle, allowing the lighting scheme to be accessed and controlled remotely via the cloud with an iPad, a mobile, etc., while daily operation is set with an astronomical clock, so the installation activates at dusk and turns off at dawn.
