The station Madrid Chamartín Clara Campoamor, which inaugurated its new lobby yesterday as part of the first phase of the station's transformation, have trusted the software Deneva of the Spanish company Icon Multimedia to improve the passenger experience with an advanced traveler information system that optimizes the schedule communication, access and services in real time.

With a surface of 4.600 m2, The new Chamartín lobby doubles the capacity of the previous one. Besides, In this first phase, four new high-speed tracks and two additional platforms have been launched, increasing the operation of the station and facilitating the flow of travelers at this key railway node.

Deneva technology has been integrated into this new infrastructure with a digital signage solution which provides a continuous updating of information to travelers, providing a more dynamic and reliable experience.

Besides, Deneva improves accessibility and connectivity inside the station, guiding users through key points, new accesses and connections in real time, which facilitates travel and guides the mobility of travelers throughout the premises.
