Charmex helps the FFCV equip its new headquarters with cutting-edge AV technology
The advice and installation of the FFCV's audiovisual equipment has had Meinsat y Charmex, who have worked to offer solutions adapted to the needs of the federation.
The Football Federation of the Valencian Community (Fcv) has moved its offices next to the Pont de Fusta tram station in the city of Valencia. The new headquarters centralizes its departments and relies on equipment with cutting-edge audiovisual technology, consolidating its commitment to Valencian football.
This change of facilities has allowed the integration of various technological solutions that seek optimize communication and the activities of the different departments of the federation, that were previously dispersed in different offices, like the headquarters, the Technical Committee of Referees, the Technical Committee of Coaches and the School of Coaches.
From an auditorium and set, with a large format Led screen, PTZ cameras and video mixer for streaming, to interactive meeting rooms with video conferencing and a podcast room, The headquarters on Calle d'Almassora in the city of Valencia has been equipped with the latest innovations in AV. The advice and installation of this equipment has been provided by Meinsat and Charmex, who have worked together to offer solutions adapted to the needs of the federation.
Meetings and streaming
During the planning phase, The FFCV was looking for a multipurpose solution that could be adapted to different uses, as boards of directors, live broadcasts and presentations.
As a response, Meinsat proposed including a Traulux Qfix II Led screen of 3.84×2,4 metros, a pitch of 2.5 and a refresh rate of 3840 hz, ideal for fixed indoor installations. This equipment provides the space for whatever is required, view content, presentations or even as a photocall, where it is enough to add some stools to have a corporate background with the federation logos.
The auditorium, designed with wooden stands arranged like a Greek theater, offers an immersive experience thanks to the Qfix II screen, that adapts to the space, occupying all the available height, providing spaciousness and ensuring excellent visibility for all attendees, both in person and those who follow the broadcasts on official channels of the federation.
For the production and streaming of live content, the federation has incorporated three PTZ cameras of RGBlink and a VR-6HD All-in-one video mixer of Roland Pro AV, suitable tools to share live events or record sessions aimed at teams and fans.
All with professional wiring Purelink and two courtesy monitors Samsung of 24 inches for display of the signal by the speakers.
Interactive rooms
Besides, four meeting rooms have been provided, two of them interactive, and have been equipped with monitors Clevertouch Impact LUX, con Android Google EDLA integrated 75 y 65 inches, along with usb cameras Poly Studio con autotracking, to facilitate video conferencing.
Two Samsung monitors have also been purchased from the serie QBC, one intended exclusively for meetings and another equipped with a PTZ camera and a VR-1HD video streaming mixer de Roland PRO A/V, set up as a podcast room.
The interactive rooms have been key for various functions, as board meetings, of the team of advisors, as well as training of referees and coaches, and even videoconferences with affiliated clubs.

Training and technological adaptation
Since the beginning of the project, Meinsat and Charmex have provided specific on-site training on the use of the equipment, ranging from interactive displays to streaming tools.
“We have accompanied them throughout the entire process, offering in-person training on interactive displays and the streaming system. Besides, We continue to support them in specific broadcast events. Fortunately, The equipment is very intuitive and, over time, users have acquired greater autonomy in their use”, comment from Meinsat.
