Pro Systems y Sony Professional Displays & Solutions Europe have supplied displays and a workplace management solution for Canon Medical Systems Europe's new headquarters and academy in the Netherlands (CMSE).
This company, which markets and provides radiology and cardiovascular systems services in Europe, has recently moved its European headquarters to Amstelveen (Netherlands) to respond to the needs of your workforce, in constant evolution, and offer a new approach to office spaces that prioritizes collaboration and flexibility.
During the transfer, CMSE also presented its new and cutting-edge Canon Medical Academy Europe, which will play a key role in developing talents, promoting collaboration and advancing medical knowledge for the betterment of society. Due to the move and the inauguration of the new academy, Requirements and preferences regarding assistive technologies were evaluated, and the need for a centralized system for reserving rooms and desks was detected, parking management, digital signage and wireless presentation.
“CMSE's way of working has evolved during the post-pandemic world, and since the introduction of its academy dedicated to training and education, They needed to update their workspaces to adapt to the needs of their medical professionals”, they say from Pro Systems.
CMSE, who has trusted Pro Systems audiovisual solutions and services for more than a decade, did it once again to implement the TEOS workspace management solutions from Sony for its scalability, ease of installation and design.
TEOS gives CMSE full control over devices, signage and content across the workplace ecosystem, from meeting rooms to reception areas.
In addition to TEOS, Pro Systems has also installed in the building 31 Bravia professional screens from Sony (BZ40H, BZ40L and BZ30J) to digital signage, application guidance and presentation tools.
Bravia screens incorporate a 'Didcom Sim mode’ which allows the correct visualization of x-ray images for non-diagnostic purposes, a very important feature for the academy and the users' workspace. CMSE workers can make presentations wirelessly through the TEOS mobile app, making meetings and content sharing easier. With the tool Bravia Supervisor from Sony, AV managers can manage displays remotely and change content as needed.
CMSE also uses workplace management modules, TEOS halls and car parks, and the entire academy is equipped with reservation screens outside the meeting rooms and training spaces.
“It's great to support CMSE with the move to their new headquarters and the opening of a new academy, offering essential training for medical professionals. Our TEOS solution and Bravia displays are the perfect combination for businesses that want an attractive workspace that's not just pretty., but also works well for all employees”, states Adam Dover, senior director of commercial and corporate marketing at Sony Europe.
