Digital Projection and Estalella AV renew the AV system of the Valencia Conference Center

Two Titan projectors 33000 of Digital Projection combine their edges to form a screen of 15 meters in the main auditorium of the building; and a third, in single projection mode, has been located in another of the main rooms of the Valencia Congress Palace.

He Valencia Congress Palace has made an important audiovisual renovation as part of an ambitious digital modernization project funded by the program NextGenerationEU of the European Union. The transformation revolves around a new projection system which has as its central axis the Titan Laser laser projectors 33000 4K-UHD de Digital Projection, configured and supplied by Audiovisual pop and integrated by Telefónica Tech.

At the heart of the installation are two Titan projectors 33000 that combine their edges to form a screen of 15 meters in the main auditorium of the building designed by the British architect Norman Foster.

Besides, a third Titan is used 33000 in individual projection mode in another of the main rooms of the Conference Center. The super bright performance of ultra high definition of the Titan projectors represents an improvement over the old models that they replace.

“From the beginning, “The client asked us for a high-quality solution that would integrate perfectly into the auditorium.”, comment Carlos Bonet, Business and Marketing Development Manager at Estalella Audiovisual. “The choice of the Titan was clear, not only for its performance, but also for its ability to offer precise control without the need for external tools”.

In order to ensure maximum consistency throughout the combined image, Estalella conducted a color matching test with a Qalif spectrometer and equalized the brightness of the units. All curvature and blend adjustments were made using the software Projector Controller II de Digital Projection, empowered by his Nexus technology, which also facilitates efficient commissioning and accurate system calibration.

As part of the relay, the internal technical team received a specific training session from Digital Projection to operate and maintain the system with complete confidence.

With his 31.000 brightness lumens, 4K-UHD resolution and a contrast ratio 18.000:1, the titan laser 33000 of 3 chips is the ideal projector, even in the most demanding large-scale uses. In addition to presenting integrated curvature, edge blending and geometric correction, The advanced electronics of this equipment also offer HDR processing and constant brightness control for bright, sharp visuals.

The new projection infrastructure plays a key role in the extensive renovation of the center's audiovisual ecosystem, which also includes new camera and production systems, and an NDI over IP network throughout the building.
