Netgear boosts its channel ecosystem with the launch of the global DRIVE Partner Success program.
Designed to simplify the relationship, strengthen collaboration, Simplify engagement and expand training for your channel partners, Netgear launches global program Netgear Drive Partner Success.
New program aligns with Netgear's greater business focus, making it easier for integrators, managed service providers (MSP) and value added distributors (OUR) grow with Netgear through optimized tools, Improved support and expanded marketing resources.
The president and CEO, Pramod Badjate, highlights that “The goal of our Drive Partner Success program is simple: facilitate the success and growth of our partners. Partners are at the center of everything we do, and Drive will provide them with the tools, the training and support they need to accelerate business opportunities and revenue growth”.
Netgear Drive is designed to accelerate profitability and sustainable growth, rewarding partners for service excellence and long-term co-investment.
Tiered structure
The Netgear Drive Partner Success program consists of three levels (Ignite, APEX y APEX MSP) adapted to the different service capabilities and business models of partners. Each level offers advantages depending on the member's investment, Demonstrated through customer impact and testimonials, as well as the completion of training and obtaining certifications.
This tiered structure helps members stand out in a competitive market and align more closely with customer needs, offering exceptional value and experience.
In addition to the rewards, Partners also gain access to opportunities for co-investment, complete training, marketing materials, collaborative campaigns, technical assistance partner-focused and certifications that simplify the sale of Netgear's enterprise-class products. A new dedicated partner portal further enhances self-service capabilities and streamlines program access.
To ensure a consistent overall experience, Netgear Drive will be implemented throughout the world, which will allow all partners to access the new partner portal with the latest product portfolio, technical information and sales and marketing resources. Partners can continue to transact under the terms of the current program during the transition to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding experience.
Training materials and certification content will be available now, with new member prices and program benefits. Existing Netgear partners will transition to the new program by 1 January 2026.
