HubTech carries out the AV installation of the SATA Transport meeting room

technological engineering HubTech has integrated a complete audiovisual solution in the meeting room of this important Spanish road transport company, adapting it to the new requirements of work and collaboration spaces.

The audiovisual modernization of the meeting room SATA transports, located in the Zaragoza logistics platform (Plaza), has meant a complete transformation of a strategic space for the company, adapting it to the new communication work models corporate with the HubTech integration.

For this project, HubTech has installed audiovisual solution composed of a pantalla Led All in One de 136” of LG Electronics with Full HD resolution; a 4K professional PTZ camera with optical zoom, smart framing and multiple outputs (USB, HDMI e IP) for video conference.

The installed AV solution is completed with array ceiling microphone for advanced sound pickup, with automatic mixing, echo cancellation and up to eight configurable lobes, which avoids having table microphones, along with acoustic speakers tailored, with full-range, wide-dispersion columns aligned with the screen design to ensure crystal-clear audio throughout the room, con centralized control with technology Q-SYS.

“We design and install the entire video infrastructure, audio, USB and room connectivity, enabling a modern space, functional and prepared for in-person and remote meetings with the maximum reliability and performance”, they point out from HubTech.

The room has a complete interconnection solution (extenders and structured cabling) that allows the signal to be transmitted over long distances with quality and stability. As management panel is used a iPAD, with custom interface, to control the screen, select sources, manage camera presets and regulate room audio, with a simple and intuitive user experience.
