Pleneo chooses ISE 2026 to present its hardware ecosystem for Room OS
The hardware ecosystem that Plenary presented in Barcelona brings intelligence directly to the meeting room, allowing spaces to self-configure, self-validate and function consistently without templates, predefined kits or programming.
The space of Plenary in WHEREAS 2026 (2R500) deploy preview its hardware ecosystem to scale from medium-sized rooms and classrooms to large specialized spaces (auditoriums), designed for seamlessly enable Room OS in collaborative environments.
With the aim of solving the operational challenges that arise at scale, the Pleneo ecosystem brings intelligence directly to meeting spaces, allowing them to self-configure, validate themselves and behave consistently, no templates, predefined kits or programming room by room.
Instead of standardizing room designs as is usually the case, Pleneo does it with him room behavior, so that very different spaces offer predictable results, without increasing operational complexity.
At the core of each Pleneo room is a Room OS hub device, which acts as the intelligence layer of physical space, turning these spaces into endpoints managed and defined by software.
Instead of relying on predefined configurations, their hubs of devices automatically identify those that are connected, understand the context of the room, validate system health and apply AI-assisted optimization, so that spaces behave predictably from day one and remain consistent over time.
Rooms are securely connected to Pleneo Cloud for deployment zero-touch, remote monitoring and lifecycle management. Thanks to it, IT teams and partners can manage collaboration spaces as standardized IT infrastructure instead of custom designs.
At the Pleneo stand at ISE 2026, Visitors can learn about a groom OS native hardware flexible ama, developed to support different types of rooms and maintaining a consistent deployment and management experience.
Standardized meeting rooms
For medium and large meeting spaces, Pleneo presents in Barcelona RoomDesign Ceiling, and 6.5” network ceiling speaker powered by PoE offering surround sound, for both voice and music.
Designed for quick installation, supports deployment plug-and-play with automatic room calibration AudioIQ and is available in black or white, with an optional 600 ceiling tile grid×600 mm for cut-free installation.
To this is added RoomVision y RoomVision XL, a range of Network PTZ cameras with built-in intelligence. The first incorporates 12X optical zoom with 1,080p output for medium-sized rooms, while the second has optical zoom 20X and 4K output for larger spaces. Both ranges support AI-powered presenter tracking, Intelligent auto framing and voice IQ Director.
Training, auditoriums and specialized spaces
For larger or more complex environments, Pleneo shows visitors to his booth RoomAmp Pro X, and hub of Room OS all-in-one devices, designed specifically for education environments and specialized spaces.
RoomAmp Pro X combines room management, audio and video intelligence, connection to Pleneo Cloud and amplification in a single chassis half rack width. With 4x200 W of integrated power, switchable between 100 V, 70 V y 8 ohms, supports large distributed speaker systems, with simple deployment and management, like the one used in meeting rooms. The built-in Auracast support allows assisted listening without additional hardware.
To support larger, acoustically demanding spaces, another of Pleneo's novelties at ISE 2026 is the RoomDesign Pro speaker range, composed of Pro Pendant, Surface y Ceiling the 6.5”, offering flexible mounting options and switchable impedance for distributed audio designs.
As part of this proposal, the new RoomAmp Pro 200 provides 4×200 W of network amplification with switchable impedance, enabling scalable, multi-room systems, as well as expansion from RoomAmp Pro X for larger projects.
All Pleneo hardware is built with the business security and operational requirements, including compliance with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001, as well as support for 802.1X network authentication.
The open APIs in Pleneo Cloud allow the integration with T service management platformsI, as Splunk y ServiceNow, aligning collaboration spaces with existing IT workflows.
Delivering clean, consistent audio and video inputs in rooms of any size or complexity, Pleneo hardware provides the reliable physical foundation necessary for AI-enabled collaboration features, as live translation, transcription, meeting summary and speaker attribution, operate accurately and predictably at scale.
With a single operating system and a shared operating model, Pleneo allows organizations to standardize collaboration spaces in meeting rooms, classrooms and large venues, without increasing operational complexity or support load.
