Meyer Sound - Dani Martin Digico

Dani Martin (The Fool's Song) has celebrated its 25th anniversary with a residency at the Movistar Arena in Madrid whose sound has been built around the Panther systems of Meyer Sound and the console DiGiCo Quantum 338, both supplied by Audiovisual Fluge.

The sound design, commissioned by the producer Porcupine Productions, has focused on offering linear response and maximum intelligibility. For this, Fluge designed a system based on technology line array large format Meyer Sound.

Meyer Sound - Dani Martin DigicoThe main configuration was designed to acoustically cover the large surface of the Madrid pavilion., with the aim of achieving absolute tonal coherence from the first rows to the highest areas of the stands. As main system, they deployed 24 altavoces Panther-L next to 8 Panther-W units stop at PA, a combination that allows you to precisely manage the necessary horizontal dispersion. To ensure lateral coverage and delay, were used 16 Panther-L y 8 Panther-W additional like outfills, supported by a system of delay composed of 8 Lyon M y 10 Lyon W, along with a lateral delay of 8 Panther-L.

Meyer Sound - Dani Martin DigicoIn the field of low frequencies, they deployed 27 subgraves 1100-LFC, providing the necessary strength for the rock repertoire of the former leader of El Canto del Loco. Besides, to maintain fidelity in the area closest to the stage, Fluge's technical team integrated more compact systems: 16 altavoces Leopard (6 for downfill and 10 para frontfill).

In control FOH, the console was used DiGiCo Quantum 338, equipped with the update Pulse. This surface offers the processing power and flexibility necessary to handle a production of this magnitude, ranging from powerful rock songs to more intimate string sections. Channel management capability allowed the sound engineering team to work with optimized signal flow.
