Amino changes hands: Sapphire is committed to the future of business video and digital signage

Amino Communications, until now quoted, returns to private property after its purchase by the Sapphire Technology Group Limited (STGL), company owned by the former president of Amino Keith Todd that will seek to strengthen the company's structure and provide the necessary support to consolidate long-term investments.

Amino, specialized in providing services to companies around the world, offers device and software solutions that promote networks of digital signage, enterprise video implementations y pay television services. Under its new private ownership, Amino will continue maintaining the pillars that have defined it to date, prioritizing “reliability, scalability and customer satisfaction”.

Its new owner, Sapphire, has publicly expressed its intention to accelerate the product development, reinforce the operational performance, improve platform capabilities, optimize the integration between hardware and software environments, e drive sustainable profitability of the company. All, without making any intervention in the management team and the customer service team, that remain unchanged.
