Seesound Adamson Eventalia Agreement

The Tenerife company Eventalia Group reach an agreement with SeaSound to incorporate the VGt of Adamson, a solution with uniform 90º coverage, until 151 dB SPL pico, onboard Class D amplification and Milan network audio.

Eventalia operates from Tenerife with coverage in all Canary Islands and has more than 20 years of experience, own infrastructure and a multidisciplinary technical team specialized in the comprehensive production of events. With this investment, reinforces its purpose of improving the audience experience through sound both in big live events, as in MICE congresses and events.

He Adamson VGt, first system in the series Vergence Group, It has been conceived as a large format line array with maximum performance. Integra eight transducers, built-in amplification, a networked DSP endpoint and the Autolock rigging system, all this in a compact and light format for its category. According to Adamson, The system is designed to offer a uniform horizontal coverage of 90 degrees throughout its frequency range, with a maximum level of 151 dB SPL pico and a frequency response of 50 Hz a 20 kHz (+/-3 dB).

Among its main technical characteristics, the VGt incorporates two LF transducers of 13 inches with neodymium, two media engines M140 Kevlar Compression Driver, two HF motors 3 inches, Class D onboard amplification, processing accessible by proprietary software and redundant network connectivity that includes Milan for digital audio and AES70 for control. The system also allows the power chaining, analog signal and network, optimizing wiring efficiency in complex assemblies.

For a company like Eventalia, what designs, assemble and coordinate internally the essential elements of its productions, the arrival of VGt will allow them to have a greater control, consistency and capacity to tackle demanding projects. The incorporation fits with the company philosophy to rely on its own infrastructure and a technical team capable of responding with agility and precision in each event.

The operation was symbolically celebrated with a handshake between Carlos Piedrabuena, CEO of Eventalia Group, y Nacho Alberdi, CEO of SeaSound, “a gesture that represents mutual trust, collaboration between teams and a shared vision of continuing to raise the technical level of events in the Canary Islands”, the distributor emphasizes.
