Absen brings interactivity and spectacularity to the Global Leadership Summit in London
The rental solutions company First Network deploy 22 meters of LED screens Roll call with a very fine pixel pitch and important creative developments in the Global Leadership Summit, an event held at the hotel Raffles London (MONEY) which brought together senior management teams from around the world.
The Global Leadership Summit It not only hosted presentations by important opinion leaders, but also extensive work sessions and debates that revolved around leadership. To give a framework to the conferences, create interaction opportunities and pursue the always desired effect wow, the team of First Network decided to use LED solutions Roll call.
Since the event was held at the Raffles London hotel, located in the listed Old War Office building (MONEY), installation planning was crucial. After studying in detail its possibilities, the rental company deployed 22 meters wide by 3,5 meters high of LED modules Roll call of 1,99 mm, which served as a backdrop for the conference. This montage was starred by a Custom created central LED element, which served to facilitate the speaker entries and add dynamism to presentations.

Interacting with LED supports
The interactivity played a crucial role in the Global Leadership Summit. Subtly inspired by the history of the venue and its proximity to Ian Fleming and the franchise James Bond, the creative team introduced LED screens thematic digital engagement elements. These interactive graphics made it possible to coordinate public interaction, who were able to participate during the talks.
The technical deployment of the Global Leadership Summit was completed with a control room custom created; a waiting room for speakers located in the venue's underground parking, and a wide range of sound: a combination of wireless microphones Catchbox and a system Shure Axient. In total, 56 Wireless microphone inputs and multiple audiovisual playback sources allowed viewers to enjoy a show with a surround sound 7.1.
