The Santa María la Real Foundation, in collaboration with the Center for the Development of Telecommunications Foundation of Castilla y León (Cedetel), is working on creating a tourist guide through a mobile phone application, that will allow a virtual visit to the territory known as 'Romanesque Country'. The project, funded by the Ministry of Culture, aims to put new technologies at the service of the dissemination of monumental heritage.

The Santa María la Real Foundation works on the creation of a mobile tourist guide of the territory known as the Romanesque Country and which, funded by the Ministry of Culture, aims to put new technologies at the service of the dissemination of Heritage. Operation

On the other hand, through the use of QR markers that will be distributed throughout the territory, you will be able to see your experience enriched with images, videos or audio tracks linked to different points along the route.

In order for the Romanesque Country territory itself to be able to maintain and manage the application, A back-office web platform will be developed that will allow new content to be incorporated and existing content to be updated.. Thus, All information related to the Romanesque Country that is accessible from the mobile application will be stored in a database and managed through a web platform. Finally, It should be noted that the project is open to collaboration with other entities, companies or associations in the territory.
