Panasonic launches the LF30 series of LCD screens for digital signage

Panasonic has launched the new LF30 series of screens with LCD technology 42 y 47 inches for professional applications such as digital signage and dynamic point-of-sale advertising, public buildings, restaurants and transport terminals.

Panasonic has announced the availability of the LF30 series of professional LCD monitors, designed to serve as a high brightness indoor digital signage solution, a slim design, without fan, low power consumption, light weight and a wide range of professional features. These displays have been designed specifically for digital signage and for their versatility, They are ideal for different types of environments such as airports, exhibition halls, shopping centers, hotels, casinos, financial institutions and hospitals.

The LF30 series incorporates the Slot architecture 2.0 that accepts optional cards, expanding application possibilities. The technology allows users to easily mount and swap these option cards to suit specific applications.. The Slot architecture 2.0 also allows for a variety of input terminals, including DVI-D input/output and RS-232C input/output, for connection of up to 100 screens in a daisy chain configuration for greater operational efficiency.

A key feature of the LF30 series is the new PC plug-in available with Intel Core i5 and i7 processor options. The PC plug-in is capable of running some of the most robust digital signage software applications available on the market.. Panasonic has designed this new PC plug-in to offer greater graphics performance, as well as support for additional content management features not found on other PC Cards. The LF30 series offers a flexible design to remove and reinstall PC elements without removing the display, reducing operating expenses.

The LF30 series is available in two versions: the TH-42LF30U 42 inches and the TH-47LF30U of 47 inches. Both offer flexible installation, in vertical or horizontal mounting. The LF30 series also offers a wide viewing angle of 178 degrees, and colors and brightness remain unchanged even when viewed from an angle for sharp, clear images.

This series of professional LCD monitors has a brightness of 700cd/m2 and also has an anti-image panel and a power saving mode, in which a light sensor detects the ambient light level and controls the brightness of the backlight. This maintains optimal screen brightness in a wide range of environments and also helps save energy by reducing background power consumption..

The thin body of the monitor (18,3mm wide) blends into almost any environment, even with multiscreen displays, allowing effective large screen projection. The LF30 series features a fanless design, ideal for environments with highly polluted environments, like quick service restaurants (QSR). The screens also have built-in speakers.
