Axis Communications, company specialized in the network video market, has expanded its extensive product portfolio with the AXIS M3004 and AXIS M3005, two economical fixed mini-domes with HDTV resolution for indoor installations.

Axis Communications has announced two new affordable fixed indoor mini-domes with HDTV resolution that represent an ideal video surveillance solution for commercial establishments, hotels, schools, bank branches and offices. With a size of only 10 centimeters in diameter by 5 cm. high, The AXIS M30 Series consists of the AXIS M3004 models, offering HDTV 720p resolution (1 megapixel) y AXIS M3005, providing HDTV 1080p resolution (2 megapixel). These new cameras, that fit in the palm of your hand and are dust resistant, They have been designed for quick and flexible installation. Allows adjustment of the camera angle in three axes, so installers can install them, both on ceiling and on wall, and easily adjust the direction and angle of the image.

These cameras also support Axis Corridor Format, allowing effective coverage of vertically oriented scenes (in format 9:16), such as hallways, runners, or the sides of an establishment. The new AXIS M3004 and AXIS M3005 offer a horizontal viewing angle of 80º and 118º respectively. These cameras come focused at the factory so they do not require rear focusing, thus reducing installation time. AXIS M30 is also supported by the largest base of video management software applications on the market., including Axis Camera Station and third-party applications through the Axis Communications Application Developer Partner Program. In addition, these cameras also support AXIS Video Hosting System (AVHS) with “One-Click Camera” connection feature, and the ONVIF specification for interoperability of network video products.
