The Royal Albert Hall opts for Coemar ParLite LED spotlights
The famous Royal Albert Hall in London has chosen Coemar's ParLite spotlights as part of the redesign of its internal lighting system.
The iconic Royal Albert Hall theater in London has recently incorporated LED lighting from Coemar as part of your auditorium lighting upgrade. In total they have been installed 54 ParLites, with the purpose of illuminating the columns that surround the theater at
level of your galleries.
Coemar, brand distributed in Spain by Earpro, describes the ParLite model as “the ideal replacement for conventional torque”. It is a compact and light focus, offering a brilliant RGB mix. Besides, It is very quiet since it does not have or need a fan and can be transformed into IP65 (waterproof) for outdoor applications. The RGB version is the one installed in the Royal Albert Hall, although it is also available in a 3200K white or Variwhite version for applications that do not require color mixing..
The Royal Albert Hall team, headed by its Senior Technical Manager Ollie Jeffery, chose the Coemar ParLites models after an extensive testing phase in which multiple products were tested. After this process, ParLites were finally chosen due to their color consistency, Silent fanless operation and real energy savings, compared to traditional tungsten spotlights. ParLites allow for spectacular changes and transformation in the environment, since they offer great changes in the lighting of the space, also carried out very quickly from the control console.
The ParLite project continues Coemar's long and fruitful relationship with the Royal Albert Hall. A large number of upgrades have been completed to the behind-the-scenes infrastructure and cable management in the Hall., in which the additional lighting equipment required by the productions carried out in the theater has been installed.
