Easynet Global Services has reached an agreement with FRV, global operator specialized in development, construction, financing and operation of photovoltaic and solar thermal energy generation parks, for the outsourcing of all its applications in the Easynet cloud and the implementation of an MPLS network that will connect the company's headquarters in Spain, Italy and Australia, and in a second phase also the countries in which FRV plans to be awarded important renewable energy projects.

The agreement signed between both companies has a duration of five years, during which Easynet will assume the outsourcing of all FRV corporate applications and systems in its cloud, as well as Scada centralization, vertical application in the energy sector for the management and control of electricity generation facilities. Thus, FRV will be able to respond to the demanding demands of your business project. All of this, complemented with a help desk for Group users.

Thanks to this project, FRV will obtain an immediate improvement in the quality of service and the IT operational model, providing a good level of consistency between all the countries in which it operates. As a consequence, FRV will have greater control and governance of IT services globally and will be able to create the necessary IT platform to support the expansion and project awards planned for the coming years.

Future project

According to Javier Morgado, Country Manager de Easynet, Working for FRV has been a challenge because “a single platform had to be built to maintain global IT services while implementing a new global operational model that would guarantee future projects that will take place in countries like South Africa., Chile and Brazil”.

For your part, Daniel Sagi-Vela, CFO de FRV, has stated that “Easynet has understood FRV's needs very well, and has demonstrated great flexibility to accommodate its services to the same. Its determined focus on serving companies with a marked internationalization strategy has greatly facilitated communication and has been key in the decision. “We are convinced that this agreement will help us achieve our ambitious business plan.”.

FRV chose Easynet because from the beginning it was perceived as a true partner for its current and future needs, with the capacity to satisfy the needs of the company at an international level. Another fundamental factor has been the high level of flexibility in terms of the technical and commercial conditions of the contract., The enormous degree of involvement and commitment of the entire Easynet team has also been decisive..
