Interoute acquires Danish IT company Comendo Network A/S

Pan-European telecommunications operator Interoute has announced an agreement to acquire Comendo Network A/S, the data and video division of the Danish IT company Comendo A/S, which will allow the videoconferencing service provider to strengthen its positioning in the Nordic countries.

Interoute has acquired Comendo Network, a subsidiary of Danish IT company Comendo A/S that provides communications solutions over the national broadband network.
