Fujitsu presents a prototype of a cane with GPS and LED screen

It has a heart rate meter, an LED screen, a step counter and Bluetooth connectivity.

Coinciding with the Mobile World Congress, Fujitsu has presented in Barcelona an electronic cane that integrates functions such as GPS, heart rate meter, and step counter.

The cane, Aimed at the elderly and people with mobility problems or disorientation, It has an LED screen and Bluetooth and WiFi technology connectivity.

The device guides the person by showing a light signal (a green arrow) that indicates the direction in which the person should continue walking and the person's family members or caregivers can program the routes that should be followed.
The Fujitsu GPS cane incorporates software that allows you to configure the route that its owner must follow. In turn and thanks to said software, It is possible to locate the user by simply accessing a computer or mobile device.

Its grip sensor on the handle allows you to measure blood pressure, sending an alarm to whoever decides or an emergency center with the exact location of the user..
