LG lands at ISE 2014 with its latest Ultra HD digital signage solutions
LG Electronics is showing at Integrated Systems Europe (WHEREAS) 2014 from Amsterdam its latest releases in large format Ultra HD digital signage; a video wall with a distance between frames of 3,5 mm and its SmartTV proposal for hotels based on webOS.
The large format screens and video walls are the great attraction of the stand LG in WHEREAS 2014, where you can see their latest models in Ultra HD 105, 98 y 84 inches. In videowall format, its focus is on a mosaic with an extra-thin frame (3,5 mm). For vertical markets, LG shows its solutions for the retail and hotel market with its Board and SmartTV proposal.
“ISE is the perfect forum for LG to show its advanced technological offering. “The powerful proposal we bring incorporates several of the latest screen technologies”, afirma Ki-wan Kim, Executive Vice President of LG Home Entertainment Export Sales and Marketing Division.
On large format screens, At the LG stand you can see their Ultra HD screens 105, 98 y 84 inches. The Ultra HD model of 105 inches is an ideal solution for installation in stores. Offers four times the resolution of a Full HD screen, which guarantees well-defined images and a high level of detail. The aspect ratio of 21:9 allows you to view any type of content and provides good support to publicize the client's brand. This screen also offers great flexibility in installation, since it can be placed both vertically and horizontally.
The Ultra HD team 98 inches from LG offers superior image quality (3840 x 2160) in a format of 16:9. Equipped with integrated decoders, Both models can decode H.264 and HEVC H.265 signals at 30p and 60p, which means that content can be displayed with the highest visual quality.
The Ultra HD multi-touch model of 84 inches is an optimal interactive signage solution, thanks to its screen that offers up to 10 highly responsive touchpoints. This model can be used in different ways. For example, as a map in public areas, as an educational platform in schools and museums or as a sales tool in stores. The screen is covered by a protective film that minimizes fingerprints and smudges on the screen., to keep images sharp.
Videowall
Designed to attract the attention of all types of audiences, The LG video wall has a frame of only 3,5 mm. This large screen captures the interest of spectators in stadiums, when showing the replay of the play, or at concerts showing live images.
Its exclusive SuperSign software includes auto-calibration and editing functions that can be used in different display configurations. SuperSign ensures content is delivered accurately on this multi-screen system.
Vertical markets
Developed to serve fashion stores, the Full HD model 55 inch LG Board works as a mirror and as a quality touch screen. It also offers a choice between two applications: Virtual Fitting y Home Board.
Virtual Fitting uses the touch screen and a proximity sensor to intelligently interact with consumers and the environment, Store visitors can generate images on 360 degrees of themselves to see on the screen how the different clothes and accessories fit them without having to enter the fitting rooms.
For your part, The Home Board application allows you to display a wide variety of content, like photographs, current news or weather reports. In a hotel room the LG Board can function as a mirror and, besides, show local information, hotel offers and promotions. This LG device is also prepared for Internet telephony.
