With more than 250 fast food restaurants distributed in Belgium and the Netherlands, Panos is a reference in franchises that also covers a wide variety of points of sale in different areas., like gas stations, train stations, shopping centers, etc. which is part of the Belgian group La Lorraine Bakery Group.

Precisely to support and energize the continuous expansion of Panos in such varied market segments, Its managers have trusted in the dynamic communication offered by digital signage screens and created a centralized digital network from which to offer communications directed to its different points of sale., like Panos City, Panos Petrol, Panos Rail, Panos Leisure, etc.

The digital signage project, installed and integrated by local specialist Prime Products, is based on the deployment of 180 horizontal digital screens, as interactive digital menus, which have been installed in the fast food restaurants of the Panos franchise that are distributed throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.

The administration of this entire network of screens is done through 150 media player with Content Manager content management software Scala, with rules-based programming, templates and dynamic data support in real time. For this, Prime Products was responsible for developing an automatic update process in the 150 Panos locations, which, in addition to significant time savings, allows you to get the most out of the screens displayed in each market segment, with quick promotion updates, new products, etc.

One of Panos' objectives with this project was to justify the investment in digital signage systems of its franchises and use this dynamic communication network as a sales generation tool in each of the business areas..

to demonstrate, measure and optimize the impact of your digital menu screens, offers and promotions in order to obtain a quantitative measure of your return on investment we use Scala Advanced Analytics, that measures initial sales results and provides precise data for interactive improvements and location-specific campaigns.

The data from this deployment carried out in Panos has materialized in an increase in 7% in soft drink sales, with specific messages on the screens to capture the customer's attention in different locations, with the conclusion that the frequency at which a targeted message is executed is a key element to improve the brand's digital marketing and boost sales, in addition to providing new sources of income for its franchisees.
