Electro-Voice ETX series: self-powered speakers for fixed installation and rental

Composed of two- and three-way models, The new ETX series of self-powered enclosures from professional audio system manufacturer Electro-Voice is now available to respond to fixed installation applications, Live sound rental and events.

The self-powered speakers that make up the ETX series of Electro-Voice They consist of three two-way models (of 10, 12 y 15 inches and with titanium compression driver for high frequencies), that provide 2,000W class D, and a three-way enclosure (15” and 6.5” for media and a compression driver).

This series also includes two subwoofers, models ETX-15SP and ETX-18SP (of 15 y 18”) offering 1,800W and SPL of 134dB and 135dB, respectively.

Designed in birch plywood 18 mm, These powered enclosures provide DSP processing with FIR Drive filters, as well as PAL and Temp limiting algorithms, and protection for the transducers with thermal management to guarantee their operation in case of high temperatures.

These systems, especially suitable for fixed installations, live sound, rental and tour companies, offer great mounting flexibility, either on stage or suspended, with eight hanging points, mast fittings, tripod or ceiling.
