Palm size, TouchPico is a mini projector that turns any surface into a touch screen, using the Android operating system, from up to 80 inches developed by the start-up TouchJet, which has launched a campaign on IndieGogo to raise funds for its production.

Based in Singapore, TouchJet is a start-up that has developed a portable mini projector, called TouchPico, that turns any wall into a touch screen by running any Android application to display images up to 80”, with a resolution of 854×480 pixels and 150 lumens.

TouchJet TouchPicoThis device “as easy to use as a smartphone”, as its developers point out, has already been tested successfully in educational environments, business and home entertainment, and the company has launched a campaign in Indiegogo to raise funds and start production.

TouchJet TouchPicoTouchPico has a pen or stylus with an infrared switch that detects the projector's camera and allows you to precisely follow the position and movement of this pen with the projection surface, simulating the experience of a touch screen with a single point of contact.

Integration with the Android operating system is another of its advantages, since it allows you to take advantage of the numerous Google applications. Besides, TouchPico also includes WiFi, HDMI input, SD slot and audio output to use it as a traditional projector with other devices or plug it into the mains.
